Symphonie orbitale
description
For the 50 years of the Apollo mission, the Accès)s( festival decided to create an exhibition entitled D'un soleil à l'autre. In this setting, the ESAD des Pyrénées' New Media Center invites Stephane Buellet, from Chevalvert Studio to lead a workshop.
Starting from an extract from a exchange between the crew and NASA, we had to design an interactive installation in order to interpret and representate this moment. Symphonie orbitale is an installation which shows the principle and the phenomena linked to the concept of the orbit. The idea is to present the various forces of attraction and repulsion which exist between two bodies, two stars and which form a kinf of waltz. Furthermore, the modules has a sound dimension in order to show in another way these invisible forces.
